Complimentary studio sessions for individuals with special needs

why complimentary sessions?
My goal is to create a library of images and stories to give hope and inspiration to parents with a new diagnosis.
Through these complimentary sessions, you are helping to build this library.
During, or after, your session I’ll ask you some questions about what you would like the world to know about raising a child with special needs, and the advice you would give to a parent who is just beginning their journey.
Combined with the photos from your session, your words have the power to lift and strengthen others.
Together, we can create an in-depth collection of photographs and stories illustrating the beauty, love, and hope of this incredible community.
Everyone, no matter their circumstance,
should have a safe,
and affordable, environment to feel beautiful,
and have at least one portrait of themselves
that captures their unique spirit.

What to wear
Because these sessions are a very simple fine art style of photography, I would suggest wearing something simple and in a neutral palette. Usually dark colors such as black, charcoal grey, or navy, or soft earth tones are recommended. This simplicity keeps the photos timeless.
You can find more details on clothing choices to ensure your child remains the focus of your images at the button below.
Photos of a parent and child can be treasured for a lifetime. Come dressed to be in a few photos with your child if you would like.
my true desire is to artfully capture your child
as they are in this moment in their beautiful bodies.
